RE: LAUNCH OF ONLINE MEMBER APPLICATION & ENHANCEMENT OF PAYBILL PAYMENT OPTION
As part of our commitment to improve customer experience in service delivery, we are pleased to introduce Online Member Application and an enhancement to the Paybill option to allow members to allocate payments made via Paybill to specific account or product.

The Online Member Application is now available on our website www.kentours.co.ke under the ‘Join Us’ option. The application portal can also be accessed through the link

To self-allocate funds paid through the Sacco Paybill number, follow these steps:
Enter Paybill Number: 194740 • Under account number, enter the Product Code followed by your membership number. E.g. if member number 234567 is paying for Normal Loan, the account number should read NML234567 • Proceed to pay
Below is a list of all products codes with examples on the account number format:

In case one is not sure of the product code, the member number will still do but the update of the member account will not be immediate.
This playbill payment option is in addition to the mobile banking (Kentours App or the USSD *670#) where transactions are real-time.
