PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING CONSENT FORM

a) Introduction
Kentours Sacco Data Protection & Privacy Policy provides guidance on how the Sacco handles the data it collects. It helps the Sacco comply with the data protection law, protect the rights of the data subjects and protect Kentours Sacco from risks related to breaches of data protection. The policy requires individual member’s consent for collection, usage and storage of personal data for lawful purposes in the course of the Sacco’s operations.

a) Kentours Data Protection & Privacy Policy Statement
Kentours Sacco is committed to complying with all relevant Kenyan legislation and applicable global legislations. Kentours Sacco recognizes that the protection of individuals through lawful, legitimate and responsible processing and use of their personal data is a fundamental human right. Kentours Sacco will ensure that it protects the rights of data subjects and that the data it collects and processes is done in line with the required legislation.

b) Member Consent:
I confirm that I have: i. consented to the collection, processing and storage of my personal data and images for the purpose of maintaining my Sacco account. I also consent to the sharing of my personal data and images with the Sacco’s partner organizations, service providers or individuals for lawful purposes. ii. consented to the storage and publication in any lawful media platform of my videos, voice recordings or images taken while attending Kentours Sacco’s events. iii. indemnified the Sacco against any loss or injury arising out of any claim as a result of processing, storing and sharing of my personal data, images, voice recordings or videos.
